Answer email without sending it
ChatGPT can search and read your mail and save replies in Mail’s Drafts. Nothing is sent: you read each draft and press Send yourself.
Calendar, reminders and notes
See your calendar and add events, which invite nobody. Add and complete reminders. Find, read and add to your notes in Apple Notes.

How to connect

Install Melvin on your Mac
Download it and sign in.

Add Melvin to ChatGPT
Melvin is on its way to ChatGPT’s app directory, where you will find it and press Connect. Until then, the connect guide shows how to add it yourself.

Sign in and choose Allow
Sign in with your Melvin account and press Allow. That is all.

You stay in control
- ChatGPT asks you before Melvin moves, renames or deletes your files.
- Melvin uses only what macOS lets it, such as the folders you allowed when you set it up.
- Your Mac has to be awake with Melvin open. If it is not, the chat says so instead of running the task later without you.
- See what each device may do on your Devices page, and what was done on your Activity page.
- Disconnect all AI apps at once from the Melvin menu on your Mac or from your Devices page.
