Email support@trymelvin.com with the Melvin version shown under Settings, Help & support.

For a run that went wrong, include what you asked Melvin to do, what happened, and the run's title and time from the History tab so we can find its log. Remove private email text, account numbers, API keys, and other secrets before attaching screenshots or logs.

Do not send vulnerability details to the general support inbox. Email security@trymelvin.com so the report can be handled privately.
