Delete your account.
You can remove local Melvin data immediately and request deletion of the account data connected to your email.
Remove data from your Mac
- Open Melvin and go to Settings, then Danger zone.
- Choose Wipe all and confirm.
- Sign out, quit Melvin, and move the application to Trash.
The local reset removes workflows, activity history, learned preferences, cached context, account tokens, and saved integration credentials from this Mac.
Delete cloud account data
Email privacy@trymelvin.com from the address used for your Melvin account with the subject “Melvin account deletion.” We may ask you to verify control of that address before deletion.
We delete or de-identify the associated profile, synchronized settings, usage summaries, and service quota records within 30 days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
What this does not delete
Melvin cannot delete data held independently by services you connected, such as Google, Apple, or model providers. Disconnecting Gmail revokes Melvin's stored token; you can also remove Melvin from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
