The public beta is an individual Mac app. Everyone subscribes for themselves. Shared administration, pooled billing, and workflow distribution are planned, but they are not part of the current download.
What works now
Separate accounts
Each teammate can install Melvin and connect their own account, Gmail, and local Mac permissions.
Local credentials
Connected-service tokens and app permissions remain attached to each person's Mac and account.
Personal workflows
People can build and run their own routines without changing a shared team environment.
Per-user activity
Runs appear in that user's local Activity view; there is no manager surveillance dashboard.
Per-person plans
Each teammate gets their own 30-day free trial and can subscribe to Orbit at $26 a month for their own account.
What is planned
Team administration, controlled workflow sharing, pooled billing, and policy controls need dedicated product and security work. We will not describe those features as available until they ship.
Billing today is per person: one subscription per account, paid by that person, with no single invoice, seat management, or admin-assigned quota. See pricing for what an individual account includes.
